Your team has said it all. It's time to move forward.
Perceptio transcribes your meetings and analyses your documents, building a context shared by all your teams, whatever their field, to draft sourced deliverables from everything that was said and written.
Capture, structure, deliver
Whatever your teams do, Perceptio starts from what is said and written, structures it, and drafts your sourced deliverables.
Capture
Video calls, meeting rooms, workshops, office conversations, documents and calendars: everything that makes up the project is captured as it happens.
- Video calls
- Meeting rooms
- Workshops

Structure
Perceptio connects decisions, actions, owners, deadlines and amounts, and everyone finds them in their own words, from legal to engineering.

Deliver
Perceptio writes your technical documentation, requirements documents, tender specifications, functional specifications and architecture files, each sentence linked to its source.

Sovereign technical documentation
Perceptio was built for this: writing operations manuals, specifications and technical files from the project's decisions and your reference documents, on infrastructure you control, all the way to on-premises deployment with no outbound data flow.
It also handles the project's day-to-day: meeting minutes, follow-up emails, chat and timeline.

Three weeks later, who remembers what was decided?
On most projects, what matters is said in meetings, then lost, and each team keeps its own version. Perceptio is in every meeting and reads every document.
Who decided what, and why
Ask a question in your own words. Perceptio answers from what was said in meetings and written in documents, and shows where it comes from. Perceptio keeps the project's decision log: enough to answer an audit or a committee without reconstructing the history.
One project, one understanding
Engineering, legal, finance and operations often describe the same thing in their own terms. Perceptio connects what every team says and writes, so everyone works from the same facts.
First drafts you can check
Minutes, notes, specifications, technical documentation. Every sentence links to the meeting or document behind it, so you review before you send.
The follow-up, already written
After each meeting, Perceptio suggests what comes next (an email, a note, an update) and drafts it for you.
What Perceptio changes for your teams
You choose where Perceptio runs
Built for teams handling confidential projects. The value is in your project context, not in a proprietary model, so Perceptio runs just as well on models you host yourself.
Hosted
Start in a day
- Hosted by OVHcloud, a European cloud provider
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Isolation between organisations, role-based access, audit logs

- An instance reserved for your organisation
- Certified sovereign hosting on request
- Choice of language and transcription models
On-premises
Inside your perimeter

Connect your calendar
Perceptio joins the meetings you choose and transcribes them.
Add your documents
Specifications, minutes, reports: drop them into the project.
Review what Perceptio drafted
Perceptio suggests the documents to produce and drafts them; you check each sentence before sending.
Questions we often hear
Perceptio in one sentence?
Perceptio keeps track of everything said and written on a project, then drafts the documents your team needs, each sentence linked to the meeting or document it comes from.
Who is Perceptio for?
Teams running long, document-heavy projects where confidentiality matters: industry, defence, regulated finance, the public sector and the consulting firms that work with them. See the sectors
How is it different from the AI assistants we already use?
With a general assistant, you have to give it the right documents every time. Perceptio was in every meeting and has read every document of the project, so it already knows the context. Above all, it is shared: the whole team feeds it, and everyone benefits from what the others brought. And it can run in your own infrastructure.
What about the AI assistant built into our video-conferencing tool?
That assistant summarises the meeting that just ended very well, for the person who asks it. Perceptio follows the whole project: meetings on Teams, Meet or Zoom as well as in the room, workshops, documents, and turns them into a knowledge base shared by the whole team, which you can host yourself. Your project context no longer depends on a single tool or a single vendor.
Where does my data go?
You choose: our hosted service on OVHcloud, a dedicated instance, or an on-premises deployment with no outbound data flow. In every case your content stays yours and is never used to train AI models.
How do you measure the quality of the documents?
Every sentence links back to its source, and you review before sending. Perceptio is also continuously evaluated on reference data: an independent evaluator model checks that each sentence is faithful to what was said, correctly attributed, with nothing missing or invented. These evaluations use no customer data.
How do we start?
With a three-month pilot on one of your real projects. We set it up with you, in the deployment mode you need.
